World’s most muscular woman shares how she looked before, and everyone is saying the same thing

Nataliya Kuznetsova, a 33-year-old female bodybuilder and world champion in arm lifting, bench press, and deadlift, is recognized as the most muscular woman in the world. Once a slender teenager, this Russian powerhouse faced bullying during her youth, weighing only 40 kg at the age of 14.

Her father encouraged her to join a gym to enhance her self-esteem, marking the beginning of her bodybuilding journey. “I was a timid little mouse when I was growing up,” she reflects. Currently, she weighs between 246 and 275 pounds, showcasing her remarkable transformation.

At the age of 15, Nataliya achieved championship status in bodybuilding within her region of Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia. Initially, she entered the gym without a specific goal, but after three months, her trainer suggested she participate in a bodybuilding competition, which initiated her powerlifting career.

According to The Famous People, Nataliya secured the 2014 Cup of Eurasia in Vologda, Russia, and was named the Cup Eastern Europe (GPA) Champion in 2015. She has consistently set records in powerlifting, deadlifting, and the NAP bench press.

“It’s not about being perfect—it’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and getting the work done to reach your envisioned self. Every day is another opportunity to progress,” she shared on her Facebook account.

This formidable Russian athlete is married to former bodybuilder Vladislav Kuznetsov, whom she regards as her greatest supporter. Although she is larger than him, this dynamic does not pose any issues for their relationship.

In the past, Nataliya faced challenges in securing sponsorships, but her rising powerlifting career has attracted numerous offers from various companies. She is currently collaborating with nutrition brands such as Oxytropin and RPS Nutrition, among others. Aware that her appearance may be perceived as “terrifying” by some, she asserts, “The classical standards and norms are long gone.” Approximately 75% of her Instagram followers are men, reflecting her significant influence in the fitness community.
