Bongino Calls Out Schiff Days Before Trump Appointed Him Deputy FBI Director

Dan Bongino publicly criticized Senator Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on his podcast shortly before being appointed as the FBI deputy director by President Trump. Bongino condemned Schiff’s involvement in what he termed the “Russia collusion hoax,” alleging that officials had fabricated a damaging narrative. He expressed his commitment to revealing the truth, asserting, “It can never happen again.”

Senator Schiff, who had previously received a pre-emptive pardon from former President Biden concerning his participation in the Jan. 6 Committee, described the pardon as “unnecessary” but did not dismiss it outright. This pardon encompasses any offenses related to the committee’s activities. In the meantime, committee leaders, including Representatives Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney, defended their actions, asserting that they acted in accordance with the law amidst alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
