During the Father’s Day weekend, the renowned chef took to social media to recount a frightening incident to his followers. Even a week post-accident, Ramsay remained visibly shaken.
“This week I experienced a serious accident while cycling in Connecticut,” he shared. “I am alright and did not sustain any fractures or significant injuries, but I do have some bruising, resembling a purple potato.”
An enthusiastic cyclist, Ramsay emphasized the critical importance of wearing a helmet, regardless of how brief the ride may be or the expense involved, as they are essential for safety.
“I consider myself fortunate to be here. I am in discomfort. It has been a challenging week, but I am managing,” Ramsay remarked, lifting his shirt to display a substantial bruise.
