SHOCK: Elon Musk expressed his opinion on JK Rowling’s fierce controversy about transgender people, causing an uproar in the LGBT+ community

The owner of X, billionaire Elon Musk, has publicly expressed his support for JK Rowling regarding her views on the transgender debate, following her recent comments that garnered significant media attention.

Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter series, has been at the center of controversy for several years, facing ongoing criticism and accusations of transphobia at the age of 58.

In a recent exchange on social media, Rowling advocated for allowing children to experience puberty naturally instead of administering puberty blockers to those experiencing gender dysphoria.

Musk, 53, shared an article about this discussion with his 190 million followers, stating, “Well, @jk_rowling is absolutely right! Almost every child goes through some kind of identity crisis during puberty. It is deeply wrong to make them permanently infertile with ‘puberty blockers.’ If they still wish to transition as adults, provided they are fully informed of the risks, they can then make decisions as consenting adults.”

The article also noted that Rowling had shared a clip from TalkTV featuring Labour culture secretary Lisa Nandy, who supported the prohibition of private prescriptions for puberty blockers.

Rowling remarked on the evolving nature of the debate, stating, “The times they are a-changin’.” In response to criticism in her comments, she added, “The vast majority of children grow out of gender dysphoria if allowed to go through puberty. The single best cure is letting nature take its course.”

Musk appears to align with Rowling’s perspective, as she continues to articulate her views despite facing significant opposition. Additionally, Rowling has firmly rejected allegations of transphobia, recently contributing an essay to the forthcoming book, The Women Who Wouldn’t Wheesht, which addresses women’s rights issues in Scotland.
Elon Musk expressed his agreement with J.K. Rowling, stating that she is “absolutely right.”

In a passage featured in The Times in May, Rowling explained her decision to address the matter, stating that she would have felt a deep sense of shame for the rest of her life had she remained silent.

She further articulated her belief that the socio-political movement advocating for the notion that “trans women are women” is not only unkind and intolerant but also fundamentally misogynistic, regressive, and potentially dangerous in its aims, employing overtly authoritarian methods.

Rowling admitted that she had delayed voicing her concerns due to the pleas of those close to her, including loved ones, who urged her to refrain from speaking out.

She asserted, “I believe that the treatment of vulnerable young individuals under the guise of gender identity ideology constitutes a significant medical scandal.”
