Tattoo addict inks 95 percent of his body, reveals what he looked like just 5 years ago

Tattoos represent one of numerous avenues for individuals to showcase their uniqueness. While some opt for small designs, others choose to extensively adorn significant areas of their bodies.

Tristan Weigelt, a 26-year-old tattoo apprentice renowned for his extensive body art, garnered attention after revealing his appearance before he began using his body as a canvas.

The photographs from his earlier days were remarkable.

Weigelt’s transformation, which involved covering 95 percent of his body with tattoos, commenced at the age of 20.

“It feels strange to look at myself without all the tattoos,” he shared with the Daily Star. “Yet, amusingly, I still feel the same internally as I did before.”

Among all his tattoos, he noted that the most excruciating were those on his face and head, likening the sensation to being scraped with a metal brush.

“It required six full-day sessions, each lasting between five and six hours, and I would rate the pain as an eight out of ten.”

While many individuals choose tattoos with specific meanings, Weigelt mentioned that there are no concealed messages or significances behind his body art.

Over the course of five years, Weigelt has invested $50,000 in his tattoos.
