In the days leading up to her passing from colon cancer, 26-year-old Bailey Hutchins posted her final TikTok video from her hospital bed, radiating positivity. On January 31, 2023, Caden Hutchins shared a distressing update on Instagram regarding his then-girlfriend, Bailey Hutchins, who was 24 at that time.

“The past week has been a rollercoaster; Bailey’s health has deteriorated to a point where we had no choice but to take her to the emergency room,” he explained, noting that following emergency surgery, a portion of Bailey’s colon was removed and found to be cancerous.

“Bailey has now been diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer, and our next step is to combat this disease. I am confident that with persistence, positivity, and determination, Bailey will overcome this challenge. She is a young, healthy, and strong individual who will confront cancer head-on and strive to defeat it.”

“Last night, our beloved Bailey B ascended to Heaven. While we selfishly wished for her to remain with us forever, we find solace in knowing that she is free from pain and suffering… Bailey fought valiantly over the past two years,” Caden wrote in the TikTok post that has garnered 10 million views.
