Sometimes the phone software being out of date can be the root cause of your problem. Also, make sure that Bluetooth connectivity is consistent and not interrupted. Although if these measures don’t work, here are the simple and easy steps you can follow to avoid this issue. 

How To Fix One AirPod

Firstly, put both of the AirPods in their case and start charging them for only 30 seconds. 

Secondly, open the lid of the case and bring them in decent contact with your device. 

At last, try both of the AirPods on and play some multimedia with a good sound. If both of the AirPods are equating the sound, your process will be declared successful. 

Resetting Steps

At first, make sure that your AirPods are secured in their case with the lid closed. 

After around 30 seconds, flip up the lid and get ready for the connection process by opening Bluetooth in the settings app. 

Then locate your AirPods in the Bluetooth device section and click on the “i” icon next to them. 

Then click on the option of Forget Device, it will be underneath the Disconnect option. 

Moreover, after the process of forgetting the AirPods has been carried out, open the lid and press of the case button on it for 10 seconds. The small light on the case would start blinking in white. 

After successfully carrying out these measures, bring your case with AirPods in them closer to your device. Then the introduction screen will pop up on your device’s screen. Follow the instructions laid out by Apple thereafter. 

Usually, both of these methods work but if you still face the same issues, try showing it to a technician. There might be some dirt stuck on the speaker mesh.
