With heavy hearts… King Charles needs our prayers after heartbreaking update

Following a medical procedure for benign prostate enlargement, King Charles was diagnosed with a type of cancer. Since then, he has been undergoing weekly treatments and divides his time between London and Sandringham.

The initial statement from Buckingham Palace indicated: “During the King’s recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, an additional concern was identified. Further diagnostic tests have confirmed the presence of cancer.

“His Majesty has commenced a regimen of regular treatments, during which he has been advised by his medical team to suspend public engagements. Nevertheless, His Majesty will continue to manage State affairs and official documentation as usual during this time.”

A source informed the Daily Mail that King Charles is “in good spirits,” but it is anticipated that he will take an extended leave from his royal responsibilities.

His younger son, Prince Harry, who visited his father shortly after the diagnosis was made public, reportedly offered to assist in royal duties while King Charles undergoes treatment. However, aides at Buckingham Palace have stated that there is “zero per cent chance” of Prince Harry being permitted to work for the royal family during his father’s illness.

While the palace has not disclosed much about King Charles’ health, a recent report from the Daily Beast, echoed by TMZ, suggested that the King is not in good health.

The publication noted that despite a few public appearances where His Royal Highness appeared well, the true nature of his health condition is more concerning.
According to the magazine, the aides of the King are consistently revising his funeral arrangements. Additionally, it is reported that these plans are referred to by the code name ‘Operation Menai Bridge.’
